王靖岱,1974年8月生,教授,博士生導師,化學工程聯合國家重點實驗室固定研究人員,浙江省化工高效制造技術重點實驗室主任,國家杰出青年基金獲得者,國家萬人計劃科技創新領軍人才和教育部“長江學者”特聘教授。擔任《化工學報》和《浙江大學學報(工學版)》編委。

  1996年畢業于浙江大學,1999和2002年先后獲浙江大學碩士和博士學位,期間榮獲“竺可楨獎學金”、“全國三好學生標兵”等榮譽稱號。專長化學反應工程,主要從事烯烴聚合反應工程、多相流檢測與信息處理、反應器工程等研究,先后負責承擔國家自然科學基金重大研發計劃重點項目、國家“863計劃”項目、國家“973計劃”子課題等科研項目。近五年,在AIChE J、CES、Polymer等重要學術刊物上發表論文40余篇,授權國內外發明專利授權50余件,榮獲包括國家技術發明二等獎在內的省部級以上科學技術獎5項。2010年入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才支持計劃”,獲浙江省第八屆“青年五四獎章”并當選第十一屆中華全國青年聯合會委員,2013年獲浙江省第十二屆青年科技獎。

科研工作經歷
  碩士研究生期間從事聚烯烴牌號優化調度與規劃問題的研究,奠定了扎實的數學基礎,碩士論文“連續聚合過程中產品過渡的最優化策略研究”獲中國科學技術發展基金會侯祥麟基金獎。博士研究生期間從事超臨界流體在烯烴聚合方面應用的研究——“超臨界溶液共沉析法制備負載型茂金屬催化劑的研究”,奠定了堅實的化工熱力學基礎和烯烴聚合基礎,期間,獲“全國三好學生標兵”。
  2002年留校后,以聲發射、靜電、激光拉曼和固體核磁共振等現代在線測試手段為研究特色,從事烯烴聚合反應工程的信息強化和過程強化的理論與應用研究。率先提出了過程信息的多尺度結構解析理論,發明了受控條件下的氣相法聚乙烯冷凝態操作技術和淤漿法HDPE漿液外循環技術,成果應用在揚子石化14萬噸/年淤漿法HDPE裝置上,增產30%。成果同時在中國石化下屬的15套大型聚乙烯、聚丙烯等工業生產裝置上整體推廣應用,經濟效益顯著。目前技術正拓展應用在煤氣化工藝、催化劑再生過程等。授權發明專利15項,學術成果在AIChE Journal和Ind. Eng. Chem. Res上發表。2015年,榮獲中國計量測試學會科技進步一等獎和教育部技術發明一等獎。
  承擔國家重點科技支撐計劃項目“百萬噸乙烯裝備及相關技術開發”中的“30萬噸/年氣相法聚乙烯成套技術開發及工業應用”子項目。從事全流程監控軟件包、聲波監測系統、靜電檢測儀等專有技術的研發,成果應用于首套國產化工業裝置,并獲得2011年中國石油化工集團公司科技進步一等獎。授權發明專利12項,相關學術成果發表在Chem. Eng. Sci.和Ind. Eng. Chem. Res.上。
     目前,以占總產能40%的聚乙烯主流生產工藝——流化床聚乙烯反應器為對象,打破流化床乙烯聚合反應器固有的濃度、溫度均一性,通過營造不同的化學反應環境,建立多溫區流化床聚合反應器新工藝,生產高性能的聚乙烯樹脂,改變原有流化床反應器只能生產通用料的限制。相關理論發表在AIChE Journal和Ind. Eng. Chem. Res.上。項目入選中國石化十條龍科技攻關項目,至今已經成功生產拉伸纏繞膜、拉伸套筒膜等高性能聚乙烯牌號12余萬噸。授權中國、美國等國發明專利16項,獲得包括重點項目在內的國家自然科學基金項目5次,國家科技部項目資助2次。入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才支持計劃”、國家杰出青年基金獲得者、國家萬人計劃科技創新領軍人才和教育部“長江學者”特聘教授。

  受DAAD 和CSC的PPP項目的資助,于2005.7~2005.9,2006-2008在德國亞琛工大高分子專業的B. Blumich 教授合作研究,進行了核磁共振技術在氣固流化床中測定多相體系的研究。
  受國家留學基金委的資助,于2009.2~2009.8在美國阿克隆大學和化工系的J Zheng教授合作研究,進行分子模擬在高聚物和MTP反應中的應用研究。
